Recruitment Marketing Executive responsibilities include reaching out to online and offline communities to promote our company's recruitment services overseas, crafting targeted job descriptions and hosting job fairs for various client. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communications skill and be familiar with the recruiting or marketing techniques.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
MBA in Marketing or Human resources.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a business support or marketing role in manpower recruitment industry.
Proven organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure at all times.
Discipline performance and self motivated.
Good personality and able to handle clients.
Experience in Manpower industry will be a plus.
