Job description
The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the required quality and hygiene standards. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and practical experience in cleaning operations or facilities
Responsibilities
- Cleaning procedures & color coding
- Chemical handling and MSDS/SDS
- pH scale and selection of cleaning chemicals
- PPE and workplace safety
- Qatar summer heat-stress precautions
- Hygiene and infection-control practices
- Cleaning equipment and troubleshooting
- Staff supervision and duty allocation
- Quality inspection and checklist management
- Handling client complaints and corrective actions
Requirements
- ✔️ 5–6 yrs experience (Cleaning/FM)
- ✔️ Strong Leadership skills
- ✔️ Immediate joining
