Job description
The Excavator Operator is responsible for <b>operating excavator machinery safely and efficiently for digging,</b> trenching, lifting, and earthmoving activities at construction sites. The role requires precision, adherence to safety regulations, and coordination with the site team to complete assigned tasks on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators for excavation, trenching, grading, and loading materials.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Ensure safe handling and operation of machinery in all site conditions.
- Follow project plans, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures.
- Report any equipment faults or maintenance needs immediately.
- Support site preparation and material movement as required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Excavator Operator License is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operating excavators.
- Good knowledge of construction site operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work 10 hours per day as per company requirements.
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging site environments.
