Job description
The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced <b>Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. </b>The role includes food preparation, order processing, maintaining cleanliness standards, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient kitchen and dining area operations. Selected candidates may be assigned to kitchen operations or fine dining service based on their experience and interview performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to company recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt, friendly service.
- Prepare, package, and serve food products in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and work areas.
- Support inventory handling, stock replenishment, and storage procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems as required.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant operations.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve operational targets and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues professionally.
- Support both kitchen and dining service operations based on business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate (10th/12th Pass).
- 1–3 years of experience in Fast Food, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Casual Dining, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Experience with international fast-food brands is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates must have experience in a related restaurant, fast-food, or catering industry.
